To celebrate the traditional “Tashan Punjab Da ”Punjabi festival of Punjab with a gastronomical expedition of Amritsar, Radisson Blu, Kaushambi, invites the foodies of the city to experience the fervor and vibrant colors of the State with lip-smacking Punjabi food in a ‘Punjabi Food Festival’ from April 8 to 23rd, 2017 at Kama Restaurant.

With an aim to create the most authentic Punjabi menu for the occasion, Executive Chef Vishal Nigam and Chef Devilal discovered culinary secrets of the region and drew inspiration from the traditional eateries and their most relished dishes.

Punjab has always been identified as a land of gaiety and merrymaking, where festivals are celebrated with much exuberance and fanfare. We were welcomed by welcome drink Punjabi Chacch, Kaanji and Rooh Afjah these were served in kulhad except Kaanji.

Taking inspiration from there expedition, Chefs has created a scrumptious menu which includes specially-crafted delicious non-vegetarian dishes like Jalandhari Seekh Kababs, Amrtisari Macchi, and Tandoori Kukad. Vegetarians can relish upon Paneer Amritsari, Soya Chaap ka Tikka, Bhuttiyan Da kabab, in appetizer section and much more to give the foodies an ultimate gastronomic pleasure.



In the Mains we have tried, Langer waali Daal, Dhaba Murgh, Ghost Patiyala, Paneer Butter Masala, kadi Subedarni and Kabuli Pulav. These mouth watering eatables are available at the live counters with the combination of a variety of Breads, Stuffed Kulchas and Naans.

The carefully crafted menu comprises traditional spice laced food, succulently created from fresh ingredients keeping in mind a healthy nutritional balance and preserving the wholesome goodness.

With an array of delicious traditional desserts like Malai Rabri Faluda and Gur wale chawal, Paan Shot to end the sumptuous meal, the experience is truly Punjabi.

This would be a delicious experience for the food lovers of the city as they could eat the varieties of traditional Punjabi dishes each day. The festival would take the foodies of the city on an extraordinary expedition to taste the flavorsome Punjab di dishes.
